1. Products & Customization

We offer custom and personalized photo magnets, magnetic bookmarks, stickers, and select apparel. All personalized items are made to order and may vary slightly due to the nature of customization.

2. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Fulfillment time may vary depending on order volume.

  • We offer standard shipping only via USPS.

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

3. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only for items damaged in transit, reported within seven (7) business days of delivery. To initiate a return, please use the contact form on our website. Custom items are non-refundable unless damaged.

4. Payments

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, and content on this site are the property of A Joyful Life Printed and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission. Exception: We do not retain rights to customer-submitted photos used for personalized magnets.

6. Customer Privacy & Consent

We value your privacy. Photos submitted for personalized products are used solely to fulfill your order and are not used for promotional purposes without your explicit consent. Consent is collected via a required dropdown on the product page. If you choose to allow promotional use, your photo may be featured in marketing materials such as social media posts or product listings.

7. Content Restrictions & Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that is:

  • Inappropriate, offensive, or explicit

  • In violation of any laws or regulations

  • Misleading or fraudulent

This includes images, text, or designs submitted for custom products.

8. User Conduct

By using our site, you agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent activity

  • Scrape or copy content without permission

  • Submit harmful or unlawful material

We reserve the right to block access or cancel orders that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Minor variations in color, size, or finish due to customization

  • Delays caused by USPS or other third-party carriers

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
